Sampenny is one of the few catteries around Melbourne that provide each cat with a personal courtyard. On top of that, each cat has a large private two-level sleeping/indoor area.
The Cattery is a secure, double-doored, enclosed facility. This protects the more curious cats from escaping (not that they would ever want to leave!).. There is plenty of fresh greenery, and windows and air vents run throughout the cattery to keep the air fresh and let natural light in during the day. No cat will ever feel like they are stuck in a cage.
We supply a variety of meals for your cat, along with dry biscuits. The cattery is temperature-controlled to keep your feline family member comfortable at all times.

We are more than happy to cater for cats on a special diet. Unlike other boarding sites we don’t charge you extra for this service.
This diet food must be provided by the owner, however if your cat is staying with us for a while or your strapped for time to buy the meals, we can purchase this special diet food for you. (at owners expense)
We do not charge extra for giving cats their medication. Owners must provide all medication and correct supply for their cat’s stay with us. We have a 24/7 on call vet and are more than happy to contact your own vet if you prefer.
Peaceful music and cat friendly aromatherapy are provided to create a calm relaxing environment. Cats with sensitive noses or timid / older cats can be placed in a separate section of the cattery at owners requests.
